The ADM-TSTAT is a cost-effective replacement for conventional thermostats in new or retrofitted building control installations. These thermostats are able to measure multiple environmental parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light. They are rugged and designed specifically for use with commercial and industrial building control systems.

The ADM-TSTAT is a universal thermostat supporting single or multiple stages of heating and cooling for electric, gas (or other fossil fuels), and heat pump HVAC units—via six onboard relays. There is a built-in “fail-safe” mode that automatically defaults to occupied temperature settings if data communications with the building control system are lost. The thermostat uses light-level sensing to ensure proper operation of your facilities.
