Collecting data on your facilities can only be beneficial if you have a report to make sense of the information. ADMMicro analysts will periodically send you reports generated from data collected on your facilities that will include recommendations, identify savings opportunities, identify operational inefficiencies, and more. On-demand reports are also easy to put together and can be sent to you based on the criteria you are looking for.
Your ADMMicro Energy Management System (EMS) generates a wide variety of reports, including:
Energy Reports
ADMMicro can compare similar facilities in the enterprise and identify those employing best practices to keep energy costs low. The system can highlight which sites are operating outside of your corporate or agency guidelines. The reports can target the inefficient systems within your facilities, allowing you to schedule repairs or replace failing equipment.
Realized Savings Reports
Facilities managers are often required to run Measurement and Verification (M&V) studies. For instance, the next time you install a pilot HVAC unit, you can verify the manufacturer’s performance claims. The ADMMicro EMS collects the precise data you need to evaluate the performance of any equipment or system. After you have selected a vendor and installed multiple units, you can quickly verify the projected ROI.
Billing Verification Reports
Because ADMMicro delivers ANSI-certified, revenue-accurate metering of the electrical usage in your facilities, we can tell you the exact amount of energy consumed. With this information, the accuracy of your utility charges can be verified. If there is a variance between the utility invoice and the readings from your ADMMicro EMS, the system can automatically send you an email. ADMMicro can even broker a settlement with the utility company on your behalf. Inaccurate billing could be generated by a software error in the utility’s billing system or a faulty meter at your location. Although this may happen at a small percentage of your sites, such seemingly minor errors can represent a significant amount of money, especially if the error has occurred for several years.
Maintenance and Alarms Reports
The ADMMicro EMS automatically generates alarms based on the preset performance standards established for each of your sites. Out-of-tolerance alarms include the detection of: dirty air filters; abnormal energy parameters (possibly indicative of a mechanical or equipment problem); excessive run times to achieve cooling set points (indicative of low refrigerant levels in HVAC units); freezer/cooler thresholds, along with any other metered and/or monitored points.
Compliance Reports
The ADMMicro EMS can monitor refrigerator temperatures to ensure your compliance with federal and state health department regulations. We can time-stamp the temperature readings and document variations from the prescribed settings. The ADMMicro EMS can also generate reports on indoor air quality required by government regulations.
Customized Reports
Customer-unique reports are also available. For example, monthly energy reports can be expanded to include time/date of billing demand or time of use analysis, along with components contributing to that demand. Our unique ability to submeter the individual loads makes this data collection possible. We can also create Exception Reports, such as abnormal nighttime energy use caused by interior lights being left on. These reports can also track humidity/temperature measurements or inside air quality. The cost of customized reports is based on the number of monitored points polled and reported by the system.
